This is where we start the process of Building! We through this process strive for complete transparency in both pricing and the process. This is where we operate on a cost+ model and constant communication.
Cost+
Cost plus is where we only charge what the sub-contractor charges plus negotiated profit and overhead. Monthly billing will reflect all sub contractor and supplied cost and break down per budget line item as depicted in our Schedule of Values.
